It's Fall! Celebrate the Season With Bruster's Ice Cream

So like, when did it become fall??? I feel like we were just starting off summer with my last Bruster's recipe, and now we're here!

I love love love Bruster's Fresh Ice Cream and I love creating recipes with it! When I saw the new fall line-up of flavors, I knew the Butter Pecan flavor was going to be a staple. There's also something about caramel apples and pumpkin pie that also makes me feel super cozy!

I decided to use that flavor of ice cream and do a little DIY Butter Pecan Cinnamon Bun Sundaes, and they're the fall treat (or breakfast!) I didn't know I needed in my life. And yes, ice cream is always acceptable for breakfast 😏

Before you freak out, here's the recipe I used:

Step #1. Find your favorite refrigerated cinnamon rolls (or make them from scratch, that's all up to you!) and follow the baking instructions. For the ones I used, I pre-heated the oven to 350 degrees.

Step #2. Cook the cinnamon rolls for 18-20 minutes, or according to their instructions. Let them cool for 10 minutes.

Step #3. Set up your toppings. I used caramel, crushed pecans, and the icing that came with the cinnamon buns.

Step #4. Scoop in your ice cream and add the toppings as desired. There's no such thing as too much Bruster's!

Step #5. Add a spoon and dig in! Yes, it's really that easy! Shoutout to my local Bruster's for always having great service and scooping up pints for me. Visit your nearest location so you can make these, too!
